Our speaker for July, Denise Andison, of Wealth By Design, will be talking on Effective Use of Your Mortgage.

Denise (co-founder of VREIC) will give us a talk on why RE investors should look at their mortgages as an important piece of any RE investment. She will go into the real flow of money thru a mortgage and explore reasons why one can choose different terms, especially the fast pay-off option. BTW she's now with Wealth By Design in her new role as Wealth Coach. Don't worry, MoneyMattersBootCamp.com is still alive and well. Online version coming in August!
