1. Yes, I wish to become an ANNUAL Member of the Victoria Real Estate Investors’ Club. I have read and understand the VREIC Membership Agreement (see reverse and initial).
2. I understand that the Membership Dues are as described below. This payment is due and payable with this application. All Membership Dues are totally non-refundable and non-transferable. I agree to pay these Membership dues whether or not I attend any of the events presented by VREIC.
3. I understand that Membership is for one year. I also understand that VREIC has the right to cancel my Membership with 30 days written notice at any time.
4. I understand I am 100% responsible for producing results in my own life.
5. I understand this application, upon acceptance, represents an agreement between VREIC and myself. I know that VREIC values my privacy and will not sell, trade or otherwise distribute member information.
MEMBERSHIP DUES
I wish to prepay my Annual Membership Dues for 12 months for a fee of:

□ $198.00 per couple/partnership (A savings of 40% per meeting)

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
As a Member of the VICTORIA REAL ESTATE INVESTORS’ CLUB” ("VREIC "), I accept and agree to the following:
1. I understand that VREIC, Denise Andison, Gord Knox, or House 2 Home Holdings Inc., nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, heirs, successors, administrators, assigns or related companies makes any claim or guarantees whatsoever as to the price, terms, condition, value, or any aspect of a specific Real Estate property. I further understand that the responsibility for verifying to my satisfaction all aspects of a property rests entirely with me.
2. I understand that a specific Real Estate property, or indeed any Real Estate, may not be a suitable investment for me. Real Estate investing has risks associated with it. There is no guarantee that real estate will rise in value. No information presented to me, in any form, is to be taken as a recommendation to purchase a specific Real Estate property, or indeed any Real Estate. If legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice or assistance is required, the services of a competent, independent professional should be sought.
3. I understand that the purchase of real estate is 100% of my own decision. There is no requirement to purchase real estate as a condition of Membership in VREIC.
4. I understand that all literature given to VREIC Members, or any seminars given are presented, or otherwise provided, on the understanding that neither the speakers, authors, VREIC, Denise Andison, Gord Knox, or House 2 Home Holdings Inc, are responsible for any result of any action taken by Members in reliance upon any information contained in this literature, or conveyed by the speakers.
5. I understand that VREIC, Denise Andison, Gord Knox, or House 2 Home Holdings Inc. may receive a finder's fee for referring qualified investors to vendors or other parties.
6. I understand that there may be a small additional charge for special events presented by VREIC. Attendance at these events will always be discounted to VREIC members.
7. I understand and acknowledge that I have been advised to seek independent legal, accounting, tax and financial planning advice.
8. I understand that by signing this document, I hereby release VREIC, Denise Andison, Gord Knox, or House 2 Home Holdings Inc. and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, predecessors, heirs, successors, administrators, assigns or related companies, wholly or in part, directly or indirectly, of and from all actions, claims and demands of every nature and kind whatsoever arising out of or in any law related to or connected with the description, offering, financing, purchase and/or sale of any specific property. This is a complete and absolute release.
