HISTORY OF VREIC
Gord and Denise founded the Victoria Real Estate Investors’ Club as a means to connect with other like-minded individuals. Since its inception over a year ago, the membership base has grown exponentially. In order to streamline the process, it was decided to offer yearly memberships. This would enable us to plan further ahead, secure a stable meeting place, and provide larger events. We have been overwhelmed by the response to our idea, the opportunities presented to us, and most especially, the incredible friendships developed.

By joining, you can be a part of a dynamic membership — from savvy seasoned investors to eager novices. Victoria Real Estate Investors’ Club is more than just a club. Monthly Meetings
Our meetings feature a number of professional experts who speak on topics that help you think "outside the box" in real estate investing. In addition, there is ample time set aside for structured networking. This makes it easy for you to identify the people you need to discuss your issues with and craft a solution. The general session includes a guest speaker that is an expert in a specific area of real estate investing. There is no other organization in Victoria that brings individuals and organizations interested in investing in real estate together with the business community that supports them. Create your network and support group that will help make you successful!
Education
Increasing your knowledge and improving your skills will make you a more successful investor. We currently offer a Real Estate Mentoring Program called Real Estate Ventures or 'REV' for short. This structured program provides new investors with an action-based mentorship and goal-setting program as well as a fantastic opportunity to brainstorm, network with other investors, learn from others and share information.
Newsletter
The Victoria Real Estate Investors’ Club newsletter was launched in January 2007. This monthly E-zine contains notices on upcoming educational events RE investors should attend, meeting notices, relevant news articles, members RE investing opportunities, updates on legislation affecting the real estate investor, and other important information.

Each meeting features resource tables. As annual members, you are welcome to leave your own flyers on the tables. Resource tables are designed for YOUR use. Contacts and flyers placed on the tables are for networking purposes only, and placement of flyers on the tables does not constitute endorsement of ideas and products.
